Start with the Weekly Quality & Reliability Survey Template

Begin with a template designed for ongoing quality monitoring:

  1. Navigate to Survey Templates in the sidebar
  2. Click Deploy
  3. Edit the Survey Title or Description. You can add the date to the title so the user knows the effective date that the survey covers
  4. Set the Start Date and End Date of the survey (optional)
  5. Click Next
  6. Customize this week's survey by adding questions for any changes that occured this week
  7. Click Next
  8. Review and Deploy your survey
  9. Now share your survey on all configured social media channels by clicking Create Social Post

Or create your own template that is tailored to your needs:

  2. Click Create Template
  3. Edit the Survey Title, Description, Category
  4. Add questions that represent meaningful, actionable feedback
  5. Avoid asking questions that are not actionable
  6. After creating a new template it will be available to use on a regular basis using the steps outlined above
